The Buck Rodgers Leadership Program is an elite leadership development opportunity for high potential students within the Farmer School of Business. Students apply through a competitive process fall semester of their sophomore year. Upon acceptance into Buck, students begin the process of leadership development by exploring their leadership styles and skills in our leadership lab. As the program progresses, students enroll in MGT 415 (Leadership and Learning), and our Consulting Workshop, assume leadership roles in FSB service leadership projects, and benefit from invited speakers and mentoring partnerships within the business community.
During your senior year, your role in the leadership lab becomes a more active one-enact change and address challenges within your campus organization or collaborate with faculty to explore real leadership issues.
